4. Sale of artworks

The works presented on this site are offered for sale. Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.

The sale is considered final after written confirmation from the artist and receipt of full payment.

Works are sold with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, with mandatory insurance.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss consumer law, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the work to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The work must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and certificate of authenticity.

Return costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Personal data protection

Information collected via the contact form is intended solely for Pierrette Gonseth-Favre to respond to your enquiries.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.

No personal data is transmitted to third parties.
