Japanese paper
I'm particularly fond of Japanese papers, which I carefully roll up like fine bamboo. Their light texture and fragility invite gentle gesture and precise movement. Each roll then becomes a poetic sculpture, a play between form, rhythm and delicacy, where the paper seems animated by a life of its own.
