Organic Armour
In this sculpture, I covered the body with layers of leaf-shaped metal parts, to which I attached beads one by one. I superimposed these elements like an organic armor, both protective and vibrant, allowing the wire to appear in places to create movement. The leaves catch the light, tinkling almost silently, while the legs, more assertive, anchor the figure to the ground. I love this metamorphosis between body and vegetation, as if the human being were gradually melting into a recomposed skin of nature.
