Black lace mask
In this mask, it's really the form that I let come to life. I shaped the structure by hand, then covered it with overlapping lace, like layers of skin. I glued on the rhinestones one by one to create points of light, almost like breaths in the dark. The upward extensions came naturally, like a push, a transformation. This mask is not decorative: it's a presence I've shaped, a silent face between strength and fragility, between protection and revelation.
