Vibrant figures

I created this work in oil pencil, revealing silent figures at the heart of a dense, vibrant material. Faces emerge in layers, carried by warm colors and strong gestures. Drawing mingles with texture, between erasure and appearance. For me, these figures are inner presences, suspended in time, linked together by the trace of the pencil and the movement of the material.
