The Watchers of the Facade
On the facade of my house, I assembled these forms made from driftwood, branches and reclaimed materials — like a small people watching in silence. The central face, wrapped in fibres and shadows, seems to emerge from the surrounding vegetation. I love that the ivy joins the composition, winding around the elements and bringing the work to life through the seasons. Here, nature and assemblage blend without boundary, as though the house itself breathes with the garden. This installation has become a fragment of my inner world — a face offered to those who pass near my door.
