The Garden Shed, an Inhabited Refuge

Land Art

In my garden, I built this shed as an intimate refuge where I keep my works and allow nature to enter alongside me. I hung the brooms I have painted there — they have become coloured guardians that animate the walls. Objects found at flea markets are given a second life here: I assemble and repurpose them, and they become silent talismans. The bird silhouettes on the roof watch over this small territory I inhabit each day. Through the gradual addition of forms and colours, the shed itself has become a work of art, a living fragment of my garden.
