Cabinet of Curiosities

In this work, I've assembled several boxes as little worlds to explore. Each cube contains a different scene: dark bouquets, hanging wire figures, repeated shapes, colorful fragments. I like the idea of compartmentalizing, of creating enclosed spaces where materials interact. The wood is deliberately kept simple, almost raw, to give free rein to what's going on inside. For me, these boxes are like intimate cabinets of curiosities: thoughts, memories and obsessions that I arrange and display, creating a fragmented but coherent interior landscape.
