The Box of Wandering Figures

This work was born in the intimacy of the studio, with no intention of selling, simply for the pleasure of creating and assembling. In it, I've brought together small figures cut from my old papers, each bearing a singular, strange, almost theatrical face. They seem ready to tell stories, to travel one day to another work or to become part of a larger collage. The box itself becomes a small theater, decorated with motifs and a mask that watches over this improvised troupe. It's a free, spontaneous creation, a playground for characters still awaiting their artistic destiny.
