Jardin Nocturne bag
In this bag, I've combined flowers and butterflies as if composing a living landscape at dusk. On the black background, I sewed pearls in floral shapes, but also silhouettes of butterflies, light and silver, which seem to land, quiver and then leave again. I liked the idea that the bag shouldn't be static: the flowers anchor it, the butterflies give it movement and lightness. The central clasp brings this miniature ecosystem together, like a heart beating in the middle of the night. For me, this bag is a secret garden, inhabited by discreet presences, between immobility and flight.
